How do I return an item? Returns and cancellations are not permitted by BeautyPopShop. For cases in which products arrive damaged from the shipper, please contact us so that we can discuss filing a claim with the shipper and replacing the product. For issues with the formula or performance of a product BeautyPopShop will work with you to advocate to the indie or brand that manufactures the product(s) to assist you in getting a possible replacement or refund. It is up to the discretion of the customer to purchase indie cosmetics. |
